Job Title: Emergency Retrieval Specialist
\About the Role\
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Retrieval Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our emergency retrieval service, you will be responsible for providing high-level care to critically ill patients in remote and rural areas.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care medicine, with a minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience. You will possess advanced trainee level qualifications from a recognized college, such as CICM, ACEM, ANZCA, or ACRRM. Your experience in managing critically ill patients, including trauma cases, is essential.

- You will participate in a rotating training program, with placements in Dubbo and Broken Hill, as well as local rural hospitals.\
- You will work closely with our medical officers to provide high-quality patient care and develop your skills in critical care medicine.\

- A competitive base salary, inclusive of shift worker loading.\
- A housing allowance of up to $30,000 per year or RFDS-provided housing for full-time employees.\
- Five weeks of annual leave.\
