We are seeking a skilled and motivated Key Team Member to join our restaurant operations team at Zeus Street Greek in South Melbourne. This is a full-time opportunity that requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverages.

Job DescriptionThis role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including managing key performance indicators, supervising team members, and ensuring that our food quality and safety standards are met. As a Key Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensuring that our food quality and safety standards are maintained, including maintaining high levels of cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
