Executive Director of Strategic Policy and Data Analytics

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our senior leadership team as an Executive Director. The successful candidate will lead the development of financial management policy, drive budget performance, and deliver strategic advice and data-driven insights to support reform initiatives and inform government decision making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need to have expertise in financial management, economics, accounting, public policy or related fields, with a proven ability to lead strategic, data-driven policy development and provide high-level advice on complex issues. Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and cross-government initiatives is also essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and political judgment skills are required, along with a commitment to professionalism, cultural inclusion, risk management, and ethical leadership.
