Position Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the entire video production process, from scripting and planning to filming, sound recording, editing, and final delivery. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, equipment, and staff, ensuring high-quality content that meets creative and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Scripting & Pre-Production
  • Write engaging scripts, shot lists, and storyboards that bring our message to life.
  • Schedule shoots, locations, logistics, and secure necessary permits.
  • Prepare and check all equipment to ensure seamless execution.
Filming & Audio
  • Operate or direct camera, lighting, and sound to capture high-quality footage.
  • Direct talent and capture compelling moments.
  • Set up microphones, record clean dialogue/ambient sound, and manage noise levels.
Editing & Post-Production
  • Import and organize footage efficiently.
  • Edit using software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), adding transitions, titles, music, and effects.
  • Color correct, basic VFX, and supervise assistants.
Delivery & Marketing
  • Export in correct formats, deliver via cloud/USB/social media.
  • (Optional) Develop upload strategies, captions, thumbnails for engagement.
Project Management & Live Streaming
  • Manage timelines, invoicing, budgets, and contractors.
  • Plan and execute webinars/live events: camera switching, overlays, audio/visual monitoring, audience engagement.
Equipment & Research
  • Maintain/upgrade gear and stay updated with industry trends.
