As Head of Organisational Capability & Development, you will shape the learning, leadership, and engagement journey nationwide. This is an opportunity to design and deliver signature leadership and operational capability programs that inspire leaders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leadership and operational capability programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with executives to align initiatives with our strategic objectives, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Lead culture and engagement programs that connect teams to our purpose and values.
  • Maintain and grow traineeship, qualification, and professional development pathways.
  • Guide a high-performing team through change by delivering results on time, to scope, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Culture in large environments.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills from executive leaders to the frontline.
  • The ability to move seamlessly between strategy and delivery.
  • A creative mindset with the courage to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working at pace in an evolving environment.
