Job Title: Support Worker

The Role
  • Adventure Guide: Collaborate with clients to try new experiences and participate in community activities.
  • Skill Builder: Deliver training programs that foster clients' independence and confidence.
  • Care Guru: Provide personal care assistance while promoting dignity and respect.
  • Behaviour Whisperer: Work closely with clients to develop personalized behaviour plans.
  • Family Connector: Maintain open communication with clients' families about progress and achievements.
  • Transport Legend: Safely transport clients to appointments and programs.
  • Admin Wizard: Accurately record notes and maintain organized records.
What We're Looking For

You will be a people-focused individual with a strong commitment to the disability sector. Prior experience is essential, with a Certificate in Community Services being highly desirable. Your adaptability, resilience, and enthusiasm for empowering others will make you an ideal candidate.
