Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee site operations, lead team members, and ensure compliance with employee, food, and feed safety and environmental regulations. This hands-on role involves executing site priorities, monitoring production outcomes, and maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with plant operations, implement maintenance, tractor operation, and bulk material conveying. Training and certifications will be provided for required tickets and licenses. A strong background in the grain industry or bulk material handling sector is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute routine operations for employee, food, and feed safety and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor production outcomes and quality to meet customer specifications.

  • Develop and supervise casual staff at site.
Requirements
  • Experience with plant operations, implement maintenance, tractor operation, and bulk material conveying.
  • Training and certifications provided for required tickets and licenses.
  • Grain industry or bulk material handling sector experience highly regarded.
  • Solid Health & Safety knowledge and ability to promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Mandatory valid driver's license requirement.
