Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Operations Manager to lead our care team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing clinical operations and supporting staff development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily clinical operations of the care home
- Support and lead the care home clinical team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Review and investigate clinical incidents and complaints
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans for residents
- Lead clinical governance audits and medication management
- Liaise with allied health professionals and other services to provide optimal resident care
- Proven experience in clinical operations management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop staff
- Compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards
