Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and capable individual to lead the clinical and administrative operations of our centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, implementing and maintaining the centre's service model, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure all activities align with the grant agreement and organisational direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality youth centred supports for early intervention.
  • Ensure all aspects of the centre service model are implemented and maintained.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or other related health discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience at effectively leading and reporting on complex planning and service development environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing operational systems for a health or community services organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing staff performance, including recruitment, supervision, performance reviews, and team building.
  • Experience in direct service provision to young people and providing youth friendly, family focused mental health services or programs.
