Access Professionals Needed

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Access Worker.
This role involves providing information and advice to clients on their housing options, assessing eligibility for crisis and supported accommodation, social housing, and private rental assistance.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have experience working with diverse client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing client needs and providing relevant information and advice
- Conducting housing needs-based assessments and risk and vulnerability assessments
- Engaging with clients to assist them in accessing appropriate social housing and services
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience working with diverse client groups
