About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals. You will work in a dynamic team environment, providing support services that enhance life choices and promote client choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote positive routines and activities that are meaningful to clients.
  • Work flexible shifts within set time blocks/rosters.
  • Provide transportation for clients as needed.
  • Support clients proactively to enhance their life choices.
  • Report changes in clients' health or care plans.
Requirements:
  • Completed Certificate III in Individualised Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Current full driver's license.
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate & CPR.
  • Reliable motor vehicle with valid registration.
  • Smart mobile phone or device.
  • NDIS Clearance and Police Clearance within 6 months.
  • Basic computer skills and internet access.
