We are looking for anAccess and Inclusion Managerto champion inclusive employment practices across our Employment Services sites. You'll work closely with employers, staff, and community partners to deliver training, conduct workplace accessibility audits, and support job carving strategies that align with individual strengths and business needs. You'll also coordinate awareness events and provide expert coaching to ensure our services reflect the highest standards of inclusion.

This is a role for someone who leads with purpose—through education, through advocacy, and through connection.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in the disability and inclusion field, with a strong understanding of best practices that support people living with disability to find and keep meaningful employment.

The ability to engage confidently with employers, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote inclusive strategies and workplace modifications.

Experience delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences.

A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and collaborative service delivery.

Lived experience of disability is highly regarded.

What you will bring:

Strong knowledge of access and inclusion principles, vocational barriers, and employment pathways for people with disability.

Practical experience in advisory or coaching roles, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and education.

A track record of delivering services that meet contractual, performance, and quality expectations.
