About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Program Scheduler to lead large-scale projects in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in portfolio program scheduling, planning roles and strong understanding of project management principles.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale programs with complex schedules, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, using industry-leading software tools such as ServiceNow, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, PRINCE2, and MSP, to drive process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working on large-scale programs, with a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
