Senior Site Manager

Seeking a seasoned Senior Site Manager to oversee multiple new home builds in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing construction projects, supervising teams and ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple construction sites concurrently, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely project completion.
  • Supervise a team of experienced tradespeople, providing guidance, support and feedback to promote professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and achieve project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, communicating effectively with stakeholders and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successful site management experience in the construction industry.
  • Degree or certification in building and construction management, preferably with a focus on project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
