Job Opportunity:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team and ensure the Sanctuary's facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct the cleaning team in their daily tasks
  • Manage the allocation of tasks and rostering as required
  • Lead by example and contribute to the physical cleaning of facilities
  • Order supplies, manage stock control, conduct audits, and liaise with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience and strong knowledge of cleaning procedures
  • Flexibility, cooperation, and excellent communication skills
  • Physical fitness to work outdoors and perform all aspects of cleaning roles
  • Ability to adhere to WHS guidelines and policies
  • Comfortable working in an environment with wildlife
