Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:

This role is a key part of our cleaning and laundry operations, ensuring the highest quality service for residents and guests.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing compliance aspects of our cleaning services, providing leadership to the housekeeping team, and overseeing budgets for cleaning supplies and labour costs.

You will also be responsible for ordering, delivering and storing housekeeping supplies, communicating with residents and committees to meet their needs, and identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in commercial housekeeping, excellent organisation and management skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cleaning services to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Lead and develop the housekeeping team to achieve best-practice standards
  • Oversee budgets for cleaning supplies and labour costs
  • Ensure effective communication with residents, committees, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
