Senior Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial legal manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating various agreements, including clinical trial, IT, supply, and service contracts;
- Providing privacy advice, liaising with global legal teams, and ensuring GDPR compliance;
- Offering ad hoc legal guidance on commercial, intellectual property, and contractual matters;
- Engaging with external legal counsel regarding competition and trademark/patent issues;
- Participating in regular meetings with global legal teams to discuss strategies and share best practices;
- Developing and implementing the company's compliance framework, including global policies and procedures;
- Ensuring adherence to industry codes when interacting with the public, patients, and healthcare professionals;
- Delivering legal training on privacy laws, ethics, due diligence, and whistleblowing;
Requirements:
- 5+ years PQE in commercial law, with experience drafting various agreements;
- Some exposure to IP law is beneficial but not essential;
- In-house experience is advantageous but not necessary;
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential;
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms;
- A commercial mindset and business acumen;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Confidence and professionalism in all interactions;
