Procurement Finance Specialist Position

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to process accounts payable transactions in a dynamic environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Process invoices and supplier payments using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • - Implement optical character recognition (OCR) technology for efficient invoice processing
  • - Manage incoming inquiries and resolve issues related to supplier invoices
  • - Code non-inventory invoices and process them in Dynamics 365
  • - Communicate with creditors and suppliers as needed
  • - Reconcile creditor statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • - Process multi-currency vendor payment journals in D365
  • - Execute electronic fund transfer payments via online banking systems
  • - Collaborate with internal staff and stakeholders on invoice-related matters
  • - Oversee credit card payments and manage financial transactions
  • Requirements:
  • - Proven experience in managing end-to-end procurement finance functions
  • - Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • - Familiarity with OCR and ExFlow technologies
  • - Ability to adapt quickly to new roles and responsibilities
