**Join Our Healthcare Team**

Western District Health Service is seeking a talented Enrolled Nurse to participate in our 2025 Graduate Nurse Program for Enrolled Nurses.

The program aims to provide facilitated support in the clinical environment for transferring existing knowledge into quality outcomes and developing further knowledge and skills to progress with independent learning and practice.

As a participant, you will have the opportunity to develop clinical and leadership skills in a variety of rotations throughout the organisation, whilst being supported by trained preceptors, practice development nurses and the graduate nurse program coordinator.

Key aspects of the program include:

• Clinical rotations in various healthcare settings

• Mentorship and support from experienced healthcare professionals

• Development of clinical and leadership skills

• Opportunities for professional growth and advancement

**Eligibility Criteria**

Applicants must be newly graduated Enrolled Nurses with a current National Criminal Police Check. Dependent on your position, you may be required to obtain additional clearances.

**How to Apply**
