Job Overview

As a senior interactive product manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and development of engaging Minecraft products. Your goal is to craft exceptional experiences that align with user engagement and company objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing the development of new Minecraft Marketplace products from concept to launch, interpreting data and trend analysis, researching products and competitors, and working closely with creative and production teams.

  • Develop innovative Minecraft Marketplace products that meet user expectations and company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to research and ideate new products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with mod developers and set designers to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Manage complex marketplace projects, prioritizing deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven technical understanding of Minecraft, including its mechanics and community.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and collaboration, with the ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Gen Alpha and Gen Z cultural trends, with experience in crafting content appealing to these demographics.
  • Familiarity with Minecraft Marketplace restrictions and guidelines.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media and advertising.
  • Understanding of traditional ecommerce principles, including customer engagement and retention.
  • Technical abilities in areas such as skin design, world generation, or animation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com and Google Suite.
