**Key Responsibilities**

We require the successful candidate to deliver premium gelato with high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality control. You will be responsible for managing cash transactions efficiently, maximising sales and efficiencies, supervising and motivating staff members, and performing opening and closing duties, stock control, ordering, rostering, and maintenance tasks.
