Room Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Room Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our hotel.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for allocating room assignments, conducting detailed room inspections, and supporting roster planning and operational efficiency.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role (luxury or upscale hotel background ideal)
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Meticulous eye for detail and standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication - written, verbal and interpersonal
