About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a Project Delivery Coordinator.

This is a busy role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring ownership of the complete QLD job schedule (excluding parts orders) and commitment to the highest standards of communication, quality, and safety.

Your days will be busy and varied, and will include:

  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and installation teams
  • Scheduling and proactively overseeing all live projects within QLD (Supply Only and Supply & Install)
  • Creation and management of purchase orders with ongoing tracking of install and revenue reporting
  • Co-ordination of safety or quality documentation and inductions where required
  • Managing projects before, during, and after installation (Both supply only and supply and install)
  • Regular meetings with Design & Production to ensure projects are on track
  • Assisting the sales team with quoting, take-offs, and site meetings
  • Maintaining ERP System and Monday.com
