Schwarz are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Boulder Creek Wind Farm Project.
As the Senior Project Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the planning, management, and successful delivery of civil construction projects.

What You'll DoLead and manage civil construction projects ensuring adhering to quality, safety, budgets, and timelines.
Prepare, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets, including details cost tracking and reporting.
Oversee project documentation including quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), variation management, and progress claims.
Provide technical expertise, advise, and guidance on project execution, methodologies, and design interpretation.
Mentor and supervise engineering and site personnel, fostering technical competence and professional growth.
Coordinate and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including project managers, construction managers, and site engineers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standard, and company operational policies and procedures.
What We're Looking ForA degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven Experience as a Senior Project Engineer within civil construction, preferably within infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors.
RPEQ qualification (desirable) Current Australian Driver's License.
Construction Industry White Card.
