Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to lead revenue generation within all market segments in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations and be able to work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing sales strategies and achieving targets
- Using PCO's during non-peak periods over the year
- Creating awareness and sales collaterals
- Establishing new business leads and following through
- Building and strengthening relationships with new customers to enable future bookings
- Developing relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities
- Working closely with the operations team and other departments
- Providing accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management
- Executing and supporting the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence)
- Using knowledge of Market Trends and Target Customer Information to maximise Revenue
- Updating & maintaining Client lists
- Monitoring conference performances to set targets and budgets
Requirements:
- Function sales/operations: 3 years (required)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (required)
Benefits:
- $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year salary
- Full-time, Part-time position
- Part-time hours: 32-40 per week
