About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Brand Manager in Medical Specialties to join our team. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will develop and implement commercial strategies and programs that will ultimately increase value to our patients.

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the annual commercial planning cycle, which will include execution analysis and sales forecasts. You will also be responsible for developing deep market and customer insights and programs to exceed strategic and performance brand objectives.

The newly appointed Senior Brand Manager will be gearing up with an established team for the launch of a new medicine. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Championing and relentlessly pursuing meaningful high-value customer experiences
  • Developing deep market and customer insights and programs to exceed strategic and performance brand objectives
  • Responsible for P&L of Primary Care assigned brand(s) and meeting/exceeding commercial KPIs

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing brand management with significant decision-and P&L responsibilities. You will also need to have demonstrated MCE marketing, leadership/influence without authority, record of successful relationships and Key External Expert (KEE) management, exceptional data, analytical, business prioritization, and planning skills, strong project management skills, high comfort and agility with technologies, highly curious high learning agility and orientation.

Preferred qualifications include advanced understanding of the relevant therapeutic area(s), flexible, customer-focused, and determined attitude, solution-oriented and effective problem-solving skills, tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing and/or Business, and Life Sciences/Pharmacy qualifications.
