About the Role:- We require an Occupational Therapist to provide clinical care, advice and education in line with clinical guidelines and evidence relevant to the participant's conditions and clinical needs.
- You will continually evaluate participant management for effectiveness, efficiency and quality, modifying plans as necessary.
- You will work effectively and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to establish common goals and develop best practice care, ensuring integrated and effective participant care.
- You will communicate effectively with participants and families to ensure their understanding and that their needs and views are included in treatment, care plans and actions.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy are essential.
- AHPRA registration is required.
- Knowledge of NDIS and participant/family centred practices is desirable.
- A current driver's licence is necessary.
- National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check are also required.
