Environmental Planning Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader in environmental planning to join a growing team. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of planning and environmental authorizations, including planning permit applications, work plan applications, EPA and/or water licenses and EPBC referrals.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in town planning/environmental science or equivalent, and at least 10 years of experience working in a consulting business with direct experience in environmental planning, property or environmental management.
The Principal Environmental Planner will lead and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectors, developing and facilitating effective relationships with clients and internal team members. They will also conduct thorough technical reviews and mentor junior staff, while using their expertise to work across multi-disciplinary projects within a consulting environment.
