We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to lead our dynamic, multi-disciplinary Aged Care Assessment Team. As a key member of our team, you will inspire and guide our Aged Care Assessors to deliver high-quality assessments and outcomes for older Australians.

About the Role:

  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Motivate and guide a remote team with compassion and clarity, ensuring quality assessments and outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders and maintain strong community connections to ensure the best possible care for our clients.
  • Travel and Stay Hands-On: Travel within your region and occasionally conduct assessments to stay connected with our clients and teams.
  • Receive Comprehensive Support: Enjoy comprehensive induction training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.

What You Bring:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrate your ability to lead a team, especially remotely.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Possess relevant qualifications in Nursing, OT, Physio, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Passion for Aged Care: Show your commitment to delivering client-centered service and improving the lives of older Australians.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills to succeed in this role.
  • AHPRA Registration: Hold AHPRA registration (or equivalent) and a valid driver's licence, as well as a reliable vehicle.
