Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide a team of Aged Care Assessors who conduct face-to-face assessments with older Australians in their homes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, particularly in managing remote teams, as well as relevant qualifications in Nursing, OT, Physio, Social Work, Speech Therapy, Dietetics, or Exercise Physiology. They will also be passionate about aged care and client-centered service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing remote team with compassion and clarity, ensuring quality assessments and outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong community connections.
- Travel within your region to stay hands-on with occasional assessments.

Requirements
- Leadership experience, especially with remote teams.
