
Support Services Coordinator

Job Description
This role involves providing exceptional support to students, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for key processes such as EFTPOS payments, cash management, room bookings and maintaining corporate spaces.
The role also involves assisting the Events team with pre-and post-event processes, IT support to QLD-based staff and visitors, serving as a First Aid Officer and Fire Warden for the building.
Key attributes include a relevant post-secondary qualification, current First Aid Certification or the willingness to undertake training, previous experience in reception, concierge or customer service, strong IT and software competence, including Microsoft and Google software and platforms.
Additional skills and qualities required include demonstrated Christian character and involvement in a local evangelical church, alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission and Christian ethos of the organisation, proven organisation and time management skills, professional and warm communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
