About the Role

This Enterprise Program Manager position will be located at our 4,400-acre facility in Alice Springs, Australia.

The successful candidate will lead multiple programs and projects, managing large teams and resources to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business strategies and product line objectives.
  • Develop and execute project execution plans, schedules, and budgets, with expertise in resource allocation and financial stewardship.
  • Implement process improvement models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, such as LEAN/Six Sigma and ISO 9000.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and enforce contractual requirements, partnering with contracts teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills, communicating effectively with stakeholders and maintaining transparent dialogue.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of prior experience in formal management, leading teams and managing multiple programs and projects.

Strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills, with knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities.

Possession of an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or host nation PV clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in formal management, leading teams.
  • 5 years of experience working with business strategy.
  • 5 years of experience developing project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Experience building and sustaining high-performing integrated teams.
