We are currently seeking a Support Worker – Disability Services Coordinator to join our team at Lifestyle Solutions in Central Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and experience in business management or administration.

The successful candidate will provide supervision, support, and direction to staff and supported employees, ensuring a quality service is provided to the people we support.

You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day contracted work of the service, developing Individual Plans for the people we support, and promoting Bindi Enterprises' services to the community.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

This role offers a salary range of AU$ $$64,100 - $87,454 per annum (based on SCHADS Level 3 Award) and benefits such as a competitive remuneration package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of disability support principles, policies, and procedures, as well as experience working with people with complex needs.

Applicants must have a current unrestricted driver's license, senior first aid and CPR certificate, and up-to-date COVID vaccinations. A Working with Children and NDIS screening check is also required.
