Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key position in our Employee Relations team, playing a vital role within the People Department at the Reserve Bank of Australia.
This individual will provide day-to-day advisory services and support across the Bank to all levels of management and employees related to a range of employee relations matters.
- Experience in end-to-end ER case management is essential, supported by:
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations matters such as investigations, employee grievances, performance and disciplinary matters.
- Effective communication and follow-up with staff and managers on employee-related issues.
- Assistance with gathering information for responses to Fair Work Commission and industrial tribunal matters.
- A high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive matters and a positive, professional demeanor with a passion for due diligence and achieving quality employee relations outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate complexity to diverse stakeholders and actively listen to build a detailed understanding.
- Strong organization skills in managing multiple tasks independently and thriving in an evolving environment.
