Job Title

The Quality, Education and Risk Manager is a key leadership position that collaborates with the executive team, managers and staff to drive excellence through quality governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the executive team, managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and maintain quality frameworks, policies and standards.
  • Ensure effective quality assurance systems are in place.
  • Integrate organisational risk management systems.
  • Enhance consumer engagement and experience across KDHS.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Clinical, Risk Management, Education, Business management, Health Administration or related field.
  • Experience in health sector environments with understanding of governance and accreditation systems.
  • Ability to translate strategy into meaningful long term plans and objectives.
  • Proven leadership skills including high level communication and influencing abilities.
