We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator with Reception Duties to join our team at Gauge Circuit, Canning Vale. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Support Officer and the broader team, while also managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for guests to the site.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, good organisational skills, and enthusiasm to assist visitors and staff. You will be based in Canning Vale with free onsite parking available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and welcoming visitors and directing them to appropriate BV staff
  • Assisting with client and staff events (workshops, morning teas, lunches)
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and directing deliveries to relevant areas on site
  • Booking and coordinating courier pick-ups
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail
  • Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
  • Raising purchase orders, invoices, and processing expense claims
  • Processing travel bookings and uniform orders
  • General administration tasks such as filing, printing, binding, photocopying etc.
