Requirements
  • A Blue Card for Working with Children (current or eligible to apply)
  • NDIS Worker Screening (current or eligible to apply)
  • A driver's licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Completion of NDIS E-Learning modules
  • A smartphone with internet access

Job Responsibilities
  • Support clients with household chores and grocery shopping
  • Assist with medication and attend medical appointments
  • Engage in activities such as holidays, fishing, camping, and beach activities
  • Foster social inclusion and community access
  • Support fitness and wellbeing activities
  • Develop independent living skills
  • Implement behaviour management strategies
  • Provide personal care

The SCSS programs operate 24/7, requiring shift work, including sleepovers, weekends, and awake shifts.

Requirements Prior to Commencement
  • Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply for)
