Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support colleagues and clients with administration and technical tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Produce high-quality policy and related documentation, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of major classes of insurance and relevant legislation, including the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act and Insurance Contracts Act.
  • Acquire and maintain awareness of clients' business and insurance needs, noting briefing information provided by senior servicing and broking managers.
  • Adhere to company Quality practices and other systems and procedures, complying fully with Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other computerized systems quickly.
  • Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.
  • Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
