Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
  • Receive and unload new shipments, accurately processing inventory and stock levels.
  • Determine customers' needs and wants, suggesting and displaying relevant products to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working relationship within the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service industry (preferable).
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
