  • Negotiation and Compliance: Assist in the negotiation of job offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process, and maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Recruitment role.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (DESIRABLE).
  • Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship (REQUIRED).
