Resourcing Opportunity
We are seeking a Blue Collar Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team, based in Perth or on-site at the Ceres Urea Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering recruitment services for blue-collar roles.

Your Role
The Blue Collar Recruitment Specialist will:
- Provide end-to-end recruitment activities for blue-collar roles, including attracting candidates, consulting with hiring managers, writing job advertisements, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and completing compliance checks
- Support line managers and candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process
- Implement effective candidate sourcing strategies and referral generation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics
- Draft and post online advertisements using Workday, Broadbean, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with project requirements
- Develop and maintain a systemized talent pool within our ATS system and LinkedIn
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience working in high-volume blue-collar recruitment within the construction industry
- Knowledge of industrial construction trade positions and qualifications requirements
- Ability to source talent and manage candidate databases effectively
- Experience working with hiring managers to understand project role requirements
- Coordination of compliant candidate selection processes, including technical and behavioral-based interviewing
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in using Workday (an advantage)
