Customer Engagement Specialist



About This Opportunity:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team of professionals who are passionate about inspiring people to live an active and healthy lifestyle.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their goals and aspirations, and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with customers. If you are a team player with a passion for fitness and customer service, we would love to hear from you

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in achieving KPIs and targets
- Customer service or sales experience (ideally 2+ years)
- A passion for fitness is essential
- Police check, Working with children check, First AID & CPR (Or willing to obtain)
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
