About Your Qualifications and Skills- Hold the Intentional Peer Support (IPS) and Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work (Consumer), or be committed to completing these qualifications within 18 months of starting the role.
- Possess a strong understanding of the importance of meeting individuals where they are, with compassion, dignity, and respect.
- Have a passion for peer work and believe in its transformative power.
- Be an exceptional communicator and team player who values collaboration and mutual support.
- Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and a commitment to ongoing learning and growth.
