
Sales Licensing Development Manager

This role involves coordinating the licensing business in Australia, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, developing client relationships and driving sales growth through Microsoft solutions. The office is based in Sydney with flexibility for remote work depending on team needs.
The Licensing Coordinator will play a key role in building strong partnerships with existing and new clients by understanding their software licensing needs and proposing tailored solutions to maximize value and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities include maintaining an effective pre-sales engine, providing specialized software licensing advice to customers and ensuring they have the most effective solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new clients
- Sales Support: Maintain an effective pre-sales engine and enable the sales function
- Technical Expertise: Provide specialized software licensing advice to Datacom customers
- Administrative Support: Maintain efficient sales operations
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in Microsoft licensing or a related technical sales support role
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into profitable solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
