About the JobJob Description:

This role involves managing orders, warehouse operations, customers, distributors, daily reporting, freight management, and maintaining higher-level communication with key stakeholders and Global team.

  • Customer Management: real-time order and product queries, majority of the time over the phone providing information about Tilray products and services.
  • Order management: real-time order processing and release of stock to warehouse and distributors.
  • Distributor Management: Manage and maintain the company's materials and product inventory including material profiles and accuracy checks for data.
  • Inventory Management: Identifying, investigating, and resolving stock discrepancies and implementing processes or procedural improvements to resolve issues.
  • Deliver accurate replenishment ordering to our distributors.
  • Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main material control processes and functions.
  • Warehouse and Freight Forwarding Management: customs clearance procedures, transport documents. Tracking and communicating shipment status. Resolving issues including discrepancies and delayed arrivals, customs release.
  • Monthly meeting with key stakeholders
  • Daily Reporting
  • Be the project leader for delivering new initiatives, including and facilitate meetings, provide next steps including supporting data to deliver initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Medicinal Cannabis Industry preferable.
  • Minimum of 5+ years Supply Chain & Customer Service Experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Power-Bi Experience preferable.
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player that is driven, engaged, and reliable.
  • Ability to work independently with strong prioritization skills.
  • Honest, open, and non-hierarchical attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
