As a Solutions Consultant, you'll partner with account executives to assess prospect goals and develop tailored solution strategies. You'll deliver engaging demos, technical presentations, and RFP responses that speak to marketers, developers, and executive audiences alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account executives to assess prospect goals and develop tailored solution strategies
  • Deliver engaging demos, technical presentations, and RFP responses
  • Explore prospects' technology stacks and make integration demonstrations using our SDKs, APIs, and partner ecosystem
  • Support prospects throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to technical validation and successful handover to our Services team
  • Build and maintain technical assets, demo environments, and enablement resources
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape the future of our platform based on customer feedback

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering role (SaaS or MarTech ideal), or 5+ years as a marketing practitioner, with strong technical exposure
  • Technically curious - comfortable explaining APIs, SDKs, or data flows, and excited to keep learning
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor your message to marketers, developers, or executives
  • Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), ESPs, analytics tools, mobile/web SDKs, or composable MarTech stacks
