We're seeking volunteers to help HammondCare residents record their life stories and memories for loved ones.

About the Role

This role involves conducting interviews, transcribing recordings, and editing transcripts to create compelling life stories.

Key Skills and Qualities Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills
  • Able to type at a speed of 50 words per minute
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Willingness to learn new technology and software

In addition, we require:

  • Availability for long-term commitment (up to 5 hours/week)
  • National Volunteer Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check arranged and paid for by us
