About the Role
  • Utilize active listening and writing skills to gather residents' stories
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and exercise problem-solving skills to complete tasks
  • Be willing to learn new technology and software, including digital voice recorders and transcription tools
  • Average 5 hours per week commitment is required

Requirements
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
