Role Overview

Acting as a key liaison to the Director and leadership team, this role ensures continuity of service delivery, executive support, and team coordination within a dynamic clinical environment.

  • Ensure continuity of service delivery, executive support, and team coordination within a dynamic clinical environment.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to support the department's strategic and operational goals.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Director and leadership team, including preparing briefings, reports, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build and maintain relations, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
