Disability Support Manager

The Team Leader – Disability is a key position within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the implementation of tailored supports in supported living settings. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of disability support specialists.
About the Role- Provide direct support and lead your team across a range of customer needs, including domestic assistance and personal care.
- Assist customers to access community resources and have a positive connection to their surroundings.
- Ensure the effective operation of allocated facilities with administrative functions, while providing guidance and mentoring to a team of disability support workers.
This is a part-time permanent position requiring a minimum commitment of 50 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
About You- Previous experience in healthcare is highly valued.
- A certification or higher in a related field is required.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience is highly regarded.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including shift work, regular sleepovers, weekends and public holidays, with significant availability.
- Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
